NextWave IT Services provides technology support on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for all hardware or software repairs due to the complex nature of technology and age of components.
5. Limitation of Liability
NextWave IT Services is not responsible for any data loss, hardware failure, or software issues that may arise during or after service. Technology is unpredictable, and it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all data is backed up to an external source prior to the arrival of a technician or the start of a remote session.
6. Refund Policy
Payments for labor and diagnostic services are non-refundable once work has commenced. For deposits paid in advance, a minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellation to be eligible for a full refund; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
