Requirements
Customers must provide valid software licenses or activation keys for paid applications.
Customers are responsible for shipping their device to NextWave IT Services.
Return shipping is included.
Typical turnaround time is 2–5 business days after your device is received.
Important Information
Paid software licenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Some software may require internet access or manufacturer accounts for activation.
If additional services are required, you'll be contacted for approval before any work is performed.
We do not install pirated, cracked, or unauthorized software.
Warranty
All Software Installation & Setup services include a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the installation and configuration performed by NextWave IT Services.
The warranty does not cover software bugs, licensing issues, user modifications after service, operating system corruption caused after delivery, or third-party software updates.
Refund Policy
All Software Installation & Setup sales are final once installation has begun.
Refunds will not be issued if:
Installation has already started.
Required software licenses are not provided.
The requested software is incompatible with the customer's device.
The customer changes or cancels the request after work has begun.
The device is found to have hardware issues preventing successful installation.
By purchasing this service, you certify that you own the device and have the legal right to install the requested software.
