  • Turnaround time begins once all required devices are received.


Important Notice

Some applications, banking apps, DRM-protected content, or encrypted data may not be transferable due to Apple security restrictions or developer limitations.


Refund Policy

All Data Transfer & Migration service sales are final once work has begun.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer changes their mind after service begins.

  • Ownership cannot be verified.

  • Devices are incompatible with migration.

  • Required passcodes or Apple Account credentials are not provided.

  • Data cannot be transferred due to encryption, corruption, or Apple restrictions.

By purchasing this service, you certify that you are the lawful owner of all devices submitted for service or have authorization from the owner. NextWave IT Services reserves the right to refuse service for any device suspected of being lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained.
