Important Information
Whenever possible, we'll attempt to preserve your existing operating system and personal data. However, some repairs require a complete operating system reinstallation, which may erase data stored on the device. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up important files before sending their device. If data recovery is required, additional charges may apply and you'll be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed.
Warranty
All Operating System Repair & Reinstallation services include a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the installation, repair, and configuration performed by NextWave IT Services. The warranty does not cover future malware infections, hardware failures, user-installed software, accidental data deletion after service, or operating system corruption caused after the repair has been completed.
