While we make every effort to recover and restore your system, complete recovery cannot always be guaranteed. If additional repairs or an operating system reinstall is required, we'll contact you for approval before performing any additional work.
Warranty
All Malware & Virus Removal services include a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the malware removal and system optimization performed by NextWave IT Services. The warranty does not cover future infections caused by unsafe browsing, downloaded files, phishing attacks, or software installed after the service has been completed.
